The lab goes to sea!!

Summer students Addie, Maddie and Sara have a great chance to see what life out on the open seas is all about. Today we leave port on the R/V Western Flyer to do a hydrographic cruise with MBARI researcher Dr. Yui Takeshita's lab. We will spend seven days (and nights!) sampling seawater and doing on-board analysis for carbonate chemistry.
